Collision and Structural Repair
Overview
What this covers for Irvine fleets
A collision takes a truck out of the rotation, and every day it sits costs a fleet more than the repair line item does. Our collision department is built around getting commercial vehicles measured, documented, and back into production without the back-and-forth that stretches a two-week job into two months.
Damage on a commercial vehicle rarely stops at the panel you can see. A hit to the front corner of a box truck can twist the frame behind the cab, shift the body mounts, and throw off the door seal on the opposite side. We measure before we quote so the estimate reflects the whole repair rather than the visible part of it.
Every collision job starts with photographic documentation and a written damage report. That record is what supports the claim when a carrier questions a line item, and it is the difference between a repair that gets fully funded and one that gets negotiated down halfway through.
