Getting here from Irvine
The shop is roughly 18 miles from Irvine, typically 25 to 35 minutes depending on where you start and the time of day.
From central Irvine the usual route is the 241 north to the 91 west, or the 55 north to the 91 east. From north Irvine the 5 north to the 91 east also works. We are just off La Palma Avenue with room to maneuver a full-size commercial vehicle into the yard.
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Bring the vehicle and, if it is an insurance job, the claim number.

How do I request service?
Call (714) 909-1844 or submit the request form on this site with your name, phone, vehicle type, and a short description of the damage. We respond with next available intake and what to bring. For a collision claim, have the claim number ready if you have one.
Where is the shop and how far is it from Irvine?

Do you come to our yard?
No. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service. Everything from assessment through repair happens in-shop.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday.
Can you schedule multiple fleet vehicles?
Yes, and batching is usually the better approach. Tell us the unit count and your lower-volume days and we will stage the work so you are down one or two vehicles at a time rather than all of them at once.
How far ahead do I need to book?
It depends on scope and current load. Small work such as bumper, mirror, or seal repair often gets scheduled within the week. Structural and full refinish work needs more lead time, particularly where parts have to be ordered.
