Our departments

Work is handled by six departments: estimating and claims, structural and collision, paint and refinishing, graphics and wraps, upfit and fabrication, and electrical and systems. A commercial repair usually passes through three or four of them, which is why sequencing matters as much as the individual work.

How Work Flows

A job crosses several departments

A structural collision repair starts in estimating, moves to structural for measurement and correction, goes to paint for refinishing, returns to graphics for reproduction, and passes back through estimating for verification and sign-off. Upfit equipment that had to come off is reinstalled by fabrication before any of that closes.

That is five handoffs on one vehicle. Getting them sequenced correctly is the difference between a three week job and a six week one, and it is why we plan the whole sequence at authorization rather than department by department as the vehicle arrives at each one.

All of it happens at the Yorba Linda facility. Nothing is sent out to a third party and then chased.
