For Multi-Unit Operators

Fleet accounts

A fleet account gives you one dedicated contact, volume and contract pricing built against your actual work mix, staged multi-unit scheduling so you lose the fewest vehicles at once, retained repair records per unit, and periodic condition surveys that turn body maintenance into a plannable budget line.

What You Get

Six things a fleet account actually includes

No portals, no dashboards, no software. These are the things that measurably change how a fleet experiences a repair shop.

One point of contact

A dedicated contact who knows your fleet, your vehicle mix, and how your operation runs, so you are not re-explaining it on every call.

Volume and contract pricing

Pricing built against the actual mix of work your fleet generates rather than a flat percentage off the rate card.

Staged multi-unit scheduling

Work sequenced so you lose the fewest vehicles at once, planned around your lower-volume days rather than around our bay availability.

Repair records retained per unit

Photographs, estimates, measurement records, and sign-offs kept per vehicle and available on request. That file matters at resale and at lease turn-in.

Fleet condition surveys

A prioritized report of body, paint, and structural findings across your units with indicative cost ranges, so body maintenance becomes a plannable budget line.

Insurance claim handling

Documentation, carrier submission, and supplement management handled directly, including on multi-unit incidents.

Scheduling

Downtime is the number that matters

For most fleets the invoice is not the expensive part. A van in a bay is a route uncovered. A service truck in a bay is a crew standing idle. That cost compounds daily and it usually exceeds the repair.

So we plan around it. Multi-unit work is staged so you are down one or two vehicles rather than all of them. Batches are scheduled into your lower-volume days. Parts are ordered against the teardown schedule rather than after teardown, so a vehicle is not occupying a bay waiting on a panel that could have been ordered a week earlier.

Batching also lowers cost per unit. Running six vehicles with bumper damage through together costs less each than handling them one at a time across six months, and it takes fewer vehicles out of service at once.

FAQ

Fleet account questions

Do you offer fleet pricing?
Volume and contract pricing is available for fleets running multiple units. It is based on the actual mix of work rather than a flat discount, and we will build it against what your fleet genuinely needs.
Can we get one point of contact?
Yes. Fleet accounts get a dedicated contact so you are not re-explaining your operation on every call.
Do you keep repair records for our units?
Yes. Repair files including photographs and documentation are retained per unit and are available on request. That record matters at resale and at lease turn-in.
Can you survey our fleet and tell us what needs doing?
Yes. A fleet condition inspection produces a prioritized report of body, paint, and structural findings with indicative cost ranges, so body maintenance becomes a budget line rather than a series of surprises.
How does scheduling work for a fleet?
We stage work so you are down the fewest units at once, scheduled around your lower-volume days. Batching similar work across several vehicles also reduces cost per unit.
