Getting Started and Scheduling
How to bring a vehicle in, what to expect, and how scheduling works for fleets.
How do I request service?
Call (714) 909-1844 or submit the request form on this site with your name, phone, vehicle type, and a short description of the damage. We respond with next available intake and what to bring. For a collision claim, have the claim number ready if you have one.
Where is the shop and how far is it from Irvine?
The facility is at 23281 E La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. It is roughly 18 miles from Irvine, typically 25 to 35 minutes via the 241 and 91 or the 55 and 91 depending on where in Irvine you start.
Do you come to our yard?
No. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside, or fleet route service. Everything from assessment through repair happens in-shop.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday.
Can you schedule multiple fleet vehicles?
Yes, and batching is usually the better approach. Tell us the unit count and your lower-volume days and we will stage the work so you are down one or two vehicles at a time rather than all of them at once.
How far ahead do I need to book?
It depends on scope and current load. Small work such as bumper, mirror, or seal repair often gets scheduled within the week. Structural and full refinish work needs more lead time, particularly where parts have to be ordered.

Pricing and Estimates
What things cost, how estimates work, and what fees apply.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge. A systems estimate is $150 and in-depth diagnostic time is $285 per hour with a one hour minimum. Both the systems fee and the diagnostic time are credited against an authorized repair when you proceed with the work.
What are your labor rates?
Body and paint is $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical is $260 per hour, diagnostics and programming is $285 per hour, and detail is $95 per hour. Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated rates that differ from these posted retail rates.
How is a deposit handled?
Jobs over $2,000 require a 50 percent deposit at authorization. Jobs over $10,000 require an additional 25 percent when parts arrive. The final balance is due at pickup. Special order parts require a 100 percent non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
Are materials and parts extra?
Yes. Paint supplies are calculated at $55 per paint hour and body supplies at $5 per body hour. Parts $100 or less carry 100 percent markup, parts over $100 carry 35 percent. Hazmat disposal is $45 flat where chemicals or refrigerant are involved. Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials. Labor is not taxed.
Is there a card surcharge?
A 3.5 percent surcharge applies to card payments over $1,000, which passes through the merchant fee on high ticket work. Below that threshold there is no surcharge.
Why is the price a range rather than a fixed number?
Because commercial damage varies enormously in extent. A collision repair can be ten labor hours or two hundred fifty. The ranges published on this site reflect the real spread, and a specific number comes from assessing the actual vehicle.

Insurance and Claims
How claims work here and what we handle on your behalf.
Do you work directly with insurance carriers?
Yes. We document the damage, build the estimate, submit it to the adjuster, and handle supplement requests when teardown exposes hidden damage. You stay informed but you do not have to run the technical negotiation.
Which carriers do you bill?
We bill directly with all major carriers including Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA, Mercury, Allstate, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Travelers, and others. Naming a carrier does not indicate any affiliation or preferred shop arrangement.
Can my carrier require me to use their shop?
No. In California you choose the repair facility. A carrier may recommend a network shop, and a recommendation is not an obligation.
What is a supplement and why does it happen?
A supplement is additional documented damage found after teardown that was not visible during the initial inspection. On commercial vehicles it is normal rather than exceptional, because the structure sits behind the body. We photograph it, submit it, and do not proceed on unfunded damage without your authorization.
What if the carrier disputes part of the estimate?
We provide the evidence supporting it: photographs, measurements, and the justification for each repair versus replace decision. Most disputes come from thin documentation rather than genuine disagreement about the work.
Will you handle a claim involving upfit equipment?
Yes, and it needs explicit handling. Estimating systems price from factory configuration, so liftgates, racks, shelving, and build-outs have to be itemized separately with their own supporting documentation or they get left off.

What We Do and Do Not Do
Clear scope so you are not sent away after arriving.
Do you perform engine or drivetrain work?
No. We are a body, paint, structural, electrical, interior, and equipment installation shop. Engine, transmission, and drivetrain repair is outside our scope and we will tell you that before you bring the vehicle rather than after.
Do you perform DOT inspections?
No. We do not perform DOT inspections or issue DOT certification. We do perform body and structural condition inspections, pre-purchase body inspections, and ADAS calibration.
Do you offer roadside or mobile repair?
No. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not run mobile units or roadside service.
What vehicle types do you work on?
Box trucks, straight trucks, Sprinter and high-roof vans, cargo and delivery vans, class 6 to 8 commercial trucks, trailers, flatbeds, utility and service trucks, municipal fleet vehicles, refrigerated bodies, electric delivery vans, shuttles, tow and recovery units, and specialty mobile business vehicles.
Do you work on electric fleet vehicles?
Yes. Body, structural, and interior repair on battery-electric delivery vans and trucks, following high-voltage isolation procedure and working around the battery enclosure.
Can you build out a van rather than repair one?
Yes. Interior build-outs, shelving packages, bulkheads, electrical and auxiliary power systems, and full custom conversions for mobile trades, clinics, and workshops are a substantial part of what we do.
5 questions
Timelines and Process
How long work takes and what drives the schedule.
How long will my vehicle be down?
It depends entirely on scope. Bumper, mirror, and seal work is often same week. A structural collision repair runs ten to two hundred fifty labor hours, and calendar time is usually driven more by parts availability than by labor. We give a timeline against confirmed parts availability rather than an optimistic guess.
What slows a repair down most often?
Parts lead time and claim authorization, in that order. Labor is rarely the constraint. We order against the teardown schedule specifically so a vehicle is not occupying a bay waiting for a panel that could have been ordered earlier.
Do you provide updates during the repair?
Yes, including when hidden damage is found and what it means for the timeline. You should not have to call to find out where your vehicle is.
What happens before the vehicle is released?
Structural repairs are measured again against specification. ADAS is recalibrated where glass or sensors were affected. Seals, alignment, and operation of everything disturbed during the repair is checked, and the sign-off goes into the repair file.
Can you prioritize an urgent unit?
Tell us the operational impact and we will tell you honestly what is possible. We would rather give you a real date you can plan against than an optimistic one that slips.

Fleet Accounts
How we work with fleets running multiple units.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Volume and contract pricing is available for fleets running multiple units. It is based on the actual mix of work rather than a flat discount, and we will build it against what your fleet genuinely needs.
Can we get one point of contact?
Yes. Fleet accounts get a dedicated contact so you are not re-explaining your operation on every call.
Do you keep repair records for our units?
Yes. Repair files including photographs and documentation are retained per unit and are available on request. That record matters at resale and at lease turn-in.
Can you survey our fleet and tell us what needs doing?
Yes. A fleet condition inspection produces a prioritized report of body, paint, and structural findings with indicative cost ranges, so body maintenance becomes a budget line rather than a series of surprises.
How does scheduling work for a fleet?
We stage work so you are down the fewest units at once, scheduled around your lower-volume days. Batching similar work across several vehicles also reduces cost per unit.
