The Work
Before and after
Every repair at the Yorba Linda facility is photographed at each stage: on arrival, after teardown, through structural correction and refinishing, and at verified release. That record supports the insurance claim and travels with the vehicle to resale.
Documentation
What each stage produces
This is the record you receive, and it is what makes a repair defensible to a carrier and to a future buyer.
- Intake and assessmentThe vehicle as it arrives, photographed from every angle before anything is touched. Structural measurement recorded where impact is involved.Dated photographs, measurement record, itemized damage report
- TeardownPanels and equipment removed to expose the structure. This is where hidden damage becomes visible and where the supplement gets written.Photographs of newly exposed damage, supplement documentation
- Structural correctionFrame and structure pulled back to specification, measured again to confirm rather than assumed.Post-correction measurement against factory specification
- Panel and body workRepair, replacement or sectioning as the damage requires, with corrosion protection restored at every breached surface.Progress photographs at each panel stage
- RefinishingColor matched against the actual panel by spectrophotometer, blended into adjacent panels so the repair has no visible edge.Color formula recorded for future repairs on the same vehicle
- Reassembly and graphicsUpfit equipment reinstated, fleet graphics reproduced across repaired panels.Equipment function verification, graphics layout record
- Verification and releaseStructural measurement confirmed, ADAS recalibrated where applicable, seals and operation checked on everything disturbed.Signed-off verification record retained in the repair file
Seeing the work
We are building out a photographic gallery of completed repairs. Until it is published, the most useful thing is to come and look at what is in the shop. Call the shop and we will walk you through current work of a similar type to whatever you are considering.
If you have an active repair with us, your own stage-by-stage record is available on request.
