What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the service request form we collect your name, phone number, vehicle type, the description you write, and your email address if you provide one. We also record which page or campaign you arrived from, so we know which of our pages are useful.

Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics, we collect standard web analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We also use a cookieless performance measurement service that records page speed metrics and does not identify you.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Who we share it with

Service requests are delivered to our shop email at info@ocrvcenter.com. We use a transactional email provider to deliver that message and a spam prevention service to filter automated submissions. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not transfer your information to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Service request correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and afterward as part of our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics service, typically fourteen months.

Cookies and analytics

Non-essential cookies do not load until you accept them. If you decline, analytics does not run and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out automatically and do not ask again.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.

This site is served over HTTPS and enforces a strict set of security headers. Form submissions are validated server side. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
