01 Who We Are
A commercial fleet body shop, not a car shop
Box trucks, Sprinter vans, trailers and commercial chassis come through this shop every day. That matters more than it sounds. A shop that mostly repairs passenger cars will treat a box truck as a large sedan, and that approach misses the frame behind the body, the upfit equipment that has to come off and go back on, and the fleet graphics that need reproducing rather than polishing.
We work on vehicles for Irvine delivery operations, distribution fleets, contractors, municipal departments and owner-operators. Everything is performed at our Yorba Linda facility, roughly 18 miles from Irvine.
Our scope is body, paint, structural, electrical, interior, glass and equipment installation. We do not perform engine, drivetrain or DOT inspection work, and we say so before you drive over rather than after.

04 Insurance
We run the claim conversation so you do not have to
We document the damage, build the estimate, submit it to the adjuster and handle supplements when teardown exposes damage that was not visible during the initial inspection. On a commercial vehicle that is normal rather than exceptional, because the structure sits behind the body.
We bill directly with every major carrier. In California you choose the repair facility, and a carrier recommendation is a recommendation rather than an obligation.
Top 25 things insurers do not explain about commercial claims
Upfit equipment left off the estimate, structural measurement never performed, ADAS recalibration omitted, and twenty-two more, each with what to do about it.

06 Our Process
Six steps from intake to release
Every stage produces documentation. That record is what supports the claim and what a buyer wants to see at resale.
- Bring the vehicle inCall or submit a request with your vehicle type and a short description. All assessment happens at the Yorba Linda facility, so we schedule an intake slot rather than sending anyone out.Usually within the week for assessment
- Documented assessmentWe photograph the damage, take structural measurements where impact is involved, and separate pre-existing damage from claim damage. The output is a written report, not a verbal opinion.1 to 3 hours on site
- Estimate and authorizationYou get an itemized estimate. On an insurance job it goes to the adjuster with the photographic and measurement support attached, and we handle the technical conversation from there.Same day to a few days depending on carrier response
- Teardown and supplementHidden damage is normal on commercial vehicles. Anything newly exposed is photographed, written into a supplement, and submitted before the work proceeds. Nothing unfunded gets repaired without your authorization.Runs alongside the start of repair
- RepairStructural correction, panel work, refinishing, and equipment reinstatement, sequenced against confirmed parts availability so the vehicle is not occupying a bay waiting for a part.Days to several weeks by scope
- Verification and releasePost-repair structural measurement, ADAS recalibration where applicable, and operation checks on everything disturbed. The sign-off goes into the repair file, which we retain. Before the vehicle leaves the property
07 Why Us
What actually makes a difference
Commercial vehicles are the whole business
Box trucks, Sprinters, trailers, and commercial chassis come through here every day. A shop that mostly does passenger cars will treat a box truck as a large sedan, and that misses the frame behind the body, the upfit equipment, and the graphics reproduction.
Measurement, not opinion
Structural damage is measured against factory specification before and after correction. Both records go into the repair file. That is what supports an insurance claim and what a buyer wants to see at resale.
Clear scope, stated up front
We do body, paint, structural, electrical, interior, glass, and equipment installation, all in-shop. We do not do engine, drivetrain, DOT inspection, mobile, or roadside work, and we tell you that before you drive over rather than after.
Downtime is treated as a real cost
Multi-unit work is staged so you are down the fewest vehicles at once. Parts are ordered against the teardown schedule. Timelines are given against confirmed availability instead of optimism.
The insurance conversation is ours to run
We document, submit, and handle supplements directly with the adjuster. You get updated without having to chase the claim or argue technical points you should not have to know.
Straight answers about what is worth doing
If a repair is not worth it on a unit near the end of its service life, or a cheaper option is genuinely adequate, we say so. That is more useful than a quote for everything we could possibly bill.

They found frame movement our previous shop never measured. That explained the tire wear we had been chasing for a year and paying for repeatedly.
Fleet operations lead, Irvine|Class 6 box truck
Three vans went through in staged batches so we never lost more than one route at a time. That scheduling was worth more to us than the price difference.
Delivery station manager, Irvine|Sprinter route vans
The supplement was documented and submitted before they touched anything. First time in years a hidden damage conversation did not turn into an argument.
Owner-operator, Orange County|Straight truck
Our reefer had been repaired elsewhere and the unit still ran non-stop. They opened the panel, found wet foam nobody had replaced, and fixed it properly.
