Overview
Trailers and Semi-Trailers in a Irvine fleet
Trailers get worked hard and inspected rarely. They spend their lives being loaded by forklift, dragged over rough yards, and parked outdoors, and structural damage accumulates quietly.
Three findings come up repeatedly: cracks at crossmember and suspension hanger joints, floor rot starting at the edges where water has been sitting, and worn suspension bushings that are quietly destroying tires.
All three are far cheaper to address on a scheduled basis than after a trailer fails mid-route. A structural walkaround as part of intake is included whenever a trailer comes through the shop.
