Fleet insurance repair

We handle commercial fleet insurance claims end to end: photographing and measuring the damage, building the estimate, submitting it to the adjuster, and writing supplements when teardown exposes hidden damage. We bill directly with every major carrier serving Irvine and Orange County.

How It Works

Six steps from incident to release

  1. Document the incident before anything movesPhotographs taken at the scene carry more weight than any taken later, because they establish position, conditions, and the state of the vehicle before anyone touched it.
    • Photograph all four sides of every vehicle involved, plus wide shots showing position
    • Capture the other party's plate, insurance card, and driver license
    • Note the time, weather, and lighting conditions
    • Get contact details for any witness before they leave
    • File a police report where injury, significant damage, or dispute is involved
  2. Report the claim and get the claim numberReport promptly. Delay is one of the most common reasons a carrier questions a claim, and the claim number is what every subsequent conversation references.
    • Report to your carrier as soon as practical after the incident
    • Record the claim number and the adjuster's name and direct contact
    • State the facts without speculating about fault or cause
    • Ask what your policy covers for downtime or a replacement unit
  3. Bring the vehicle in for documented assessmentA documented assessment before the adjuster inspection frequently shortens the whole approval cycle, because the evidence is already assembled when they arrive.
    • Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge
    • We photograph and measure the damage and produce a written report
    • Structural measurement is taken where impact is involved
    • Pre-existing damage is identified and separated from claim damage
  4. We submit the estimate and deal with the adjusterThe estimate goes to the carrier with supporting photographs and measurements attached. From this point the technical conversation is between us and the adjuster.
    • Itemized estimate submitted with photographic support
    • Repair versus replace decisions justified against measurement
    • We respond to carrier questions directly
    • You are updated on approval status without having to chase it
  5. Teardown, and a supplement if hidden damage appearsHidden damage is normal on a commercial vehicle collision. What matters is that it gets documented and submitted before the work proceeds rather than absorbed or discovered by you at pickup.
    • Newly exposed damage is photographed as it is found
    • A supplement is written and submitted to the carrier
    • Work does not proceed on unfunded damage without your authorization
    • You are told what was found and what it means for the timeline
  6. Repair, verification, and releaseStructural repairs are measured again after correction. Anything disturbed during the repair is checked before the vehicle goes back into service.
    • Post-repair structural measurement against specification
    • ADAS recalibration where sensors or glass were affected
    • Seal, alignment, and operation checks on everything disturbed
    • Documented sign-off retained in the repair file
