Inspections, ADAS Scan and Damage Documentation
Insurance Damage Documentation
What gets a claim funded
Adjusters work from evidence. A claim supported by dated photographs, structural measurements, and an itemized justification for each repair-versus-replace decision has very little surface area for dispute.
The supplement is where most fleets lose money. Damage that only becomes visible after teardown has to be documented and submitted before the work proceeds, and doing that properly is the difference between the carrier covering it and you covering it.
- Dated photographic documentation of all damage
- Structural measurement records where applicable
- Itemized repair versus replace justification
- Pre-existing damage identified and separated
- Supplement documentation during teardown
- Records retained for the repair file
