Liftgate, Upfit and Equipment Install
Headache Rack and Cab Guard Installation
It is a safety device
A headache rack exists to stop a shifting load entering the cab. That only works if it is mounted to structure capable of resisting the strike, which means the frame or the deck structure rather than sheet metal.
It is also a convenient mounting location for work lights, chain storage, and antennas, which is worth planning during installation rather than drilling later.
- Frame or deck structure mounting
- Rack fabrication or supplied unit installation
- Light and accessory mounting provision
- Chain and strap storage integration
