LED Lighting Upgrades

LED lighting upgrades replace incandescent and halogen fixtures with LED equivalents across cargo areas, work zones, exterior marker positions, and interior spaces, reducing current draw and largely eliminating bulb replacement.

Draw and maintenance

LED conversion cuts current draw substantially, which matters most on vehicles running lights while stationary. It also removes the recurring labor of chasing failed bulbs across a fleet, which is a bigger cost than the bulbs themselves.

Cargo area lighting is the upgrade drivers notice most. Working out of a dim van at five in the morning is slow and it is where mistakes get made.

  • Cargo and interior LED installation
  • Work and scene lighting
  • Marker, clearance and tail light conversion
  • Switching and dimming where useful
  • Circuit review for the reduced load

Commercial damage varies widely, so this is a range rather than a quote. The number for your vehicle comes from assessing the actual damage.

Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge. Systems estimates are $150 and diagnostics are $285 per hour, both credited against an authorized repair.

FAQ

LED Lighting Upgrades questions

Can I just swap the bulbs?
Sometimes, but drop-in replacements often flicker or trigger a bulb-out warning because the circuit expects a higher load. Fixture replacement is usually the cleaner result.
Do LEDs help battery life?
Meaningfully on a vehicle that runs lights while stationary. The reduction in draw is significant.
Can you convert a whole fleet?
Yes, and batching keeps the cost per unit down.
