Rental and leasing operators need vehicles turned around quickly between hires, damage documented accurately for chargeback, and units returned to a presentable standard. Documentation quality matters as much as repair quality.

For a rental operator the repair is only half the job. The other half is a damage record good enough to support a chargeback conversation, and that means dated photographs and itemized findings rather than a line on an invoice.

Turnaround drives everything else. A unit in a bay is not on hire, so we prioritize scheduling and give realistic completion dates rather than optimistic ones.

Cosmetic condition is worth more here than in most fleets because it directly affects the rate the unit commands and its residual at disposal. Paint correction across a group of returning units is one of the highest-return interventions available.
