# Event and Hospitality

Event and hospitality fleets carry a presentation standard that most commercial vehicles do not. Shuttles, catering units, and mobile hospitality vehicles are customer-facing and are judged on appearance and interior condition.

In hospitality the vehicle is part of the product. A guest shuttle with a scraped bumper and worn seating communicates something about the operation before anyone says a word.

Interior condition degrades faster than most operators expect on high-turnover passenger vehicles. Seating, flooring, and trim take continuous wear, and refurbishment is far cheaper than the replacement it defers.

Seasonality is the scheduling constraint. We plan work into the shoulder periods so vehicles are ready before demand rather than being pulled during it.
