Electric fleet vehicle work covers body, structural, and interior repair on battery-electric delivery vans and trucks. Repair follows high-voltage safety procedure and works around the battery enclosure, which changes access and repair sequencing considerably.

Electric delivery vans are now a normal part of Orange County last-mile fleets, and they damage in the same places conventional vans do: corners, bumpers, and doors from tight urban routes.

What changes is the repair sequence. High-voltage systems require isolation before work begins, the battery enclosure limits underbody access, and cable routing constrains where you can cut and weld. A shop that treats an EDV like a conventional van is a genuine safety problem.

These vehicles also carry more driver assistance sensing than the vans they replaced, which makes ADAS recalibration after front-end work a standard part of the job rather than an option.
