# Commercial and Heavy Trucks Repair

Heavy truck body work covers cab repair, frame straightening, structural welding, refinishing, and equipment installation on class 6 through class 8 vehicles. Work is body and structural: engine, drivetrain, and DOT inspection services are not performed here.

Heavy truck work here is body, paint, structural, and equipment installation. We do not perform engine, drivetrain, or DOT inspection work, and we say so up front rather than taking a booking we would have to hand back.

Frame work is the discipline that matters most on this class. A tractor that has been overloaded for years or taken a hard hit develops twist and sag that shows as tracking problems and tire wear, and it is measurable rather than a matter of opinion.

Cab refinishing and fleet standardization is the other large piece. Bringing used units into a corporate color is frequently better economics than buying new, and it is what makes a mixed-source fleet look like one operation.
