# Custom Van Build-Out

A custom build-out designs and constructs a complete van interior around a specific trade or application: cabinetry, work surfaces, power, lighting, storage, and any specialty equipment the role requires. Every build starts from the workflow rather than from a catalog.

Range: $5,000 to $80,000 and up

Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge. Systems estimates are $150 and diagnostics are $285 per hour, both credited against an authorized repair.


## Design from the workflow backward

We start by understanding what happens at a job: what gets used first, what is heaviest, what needs to be reachable from outside the vehicle, and what has to be secured for transit. The layout follows from that.

Common builds include mobile trade vans, mobile medical and screening units, mobile workshops, inspection vehicles, and mobile retail. Each has a different priority order and none of them is served well by a generic shelving package.

## Questions

**Can you build to a design we already have?**

Yes. If you have drawings or an existing van you want replicated we can build to that specification.

**Do you handle electrical for equipment?**

Yes, including auxiliary batteries, inverters, and shore power connection where equipment needs it.

**Can the build be moved to a new van later?**

If it is designed for it, partly. Modular construction makes transfer feasible, and it is worth deciding that at design time rather than afterward.
