# Cargo Floor and Wall Liner Installation

Liner installation fits protective flooring and wall panelling to a cargo area, shielding the vehicle structure from cargo damage and providing a serviceable, cleanable surface that is far cheaper to replace than the body itself.

Range: $400 to $4,500

Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge. Systems estimates are $150 and diagnostics are $285 per hour, both credited against an authorized repair.

## Protecting the asset

Bare van walls dent from the inside on the first load that shifts. Liner takes that damage instead, and a dented liner panel costs a fraction of a repaired body panel.

Flooring adds grip and gives you a surface that can be washed out, which matters on any vehicle carrying anything that spills.

- Plywood, composite and plastic liner systems
- Non-slip flooring installation
- Wall and wheel arch panelling
- Sealed edges to prevent moisture ingress behind the liner
- Optional spray-in coating instead of panel liner

## Questions

**Liner panels or spray-in coating?**

Panels are easier to replace when damaged. Spray-in is seamless and better where washing out is routine. Both work, and it depends on what the van carries.

**Will liner trap moisture against the body?**

Not if the edges are sealed properly at installation. That is the detail that separates a liner that protects the van from one that quietly rusts it.

**Can you line just the floor?**

Yes, and floor-only is common where the load does not contact the walls.
