A trailer that spends its life being loaded by forklift, dragged over rough yards, and left outdoors accumulates structural damage quietly until something fails. Frame cracks, rotted decking, and worn suspension components are the three findings that come up repeatedly, and all three are far cheaper addressed early than after they take a trailer out of service mid-route. All trailer work here is in-shop. The crack ends are drilled to stop propagation, the joint is prepared and welded, and the area is reinforced. Simply welding over a crack without stopping it will reopen at the same place. **How do I know when a trailer floor needs replacing?** Soft spots underfoot, visible rot at the edges, and fasteners that will not stay tight.
