# Fleet Condition and Appearance Inspection

A fleet condition inspection surveys a group of vehicles and produces a prioritized report of body, paint, and structural findings, so a fleet manager can plan and budget repair work instead of reacting to failures.

Range: $250 to $600

Collision estimates for insurance claim walk-ins carry no charge. Systems estimates are $150 and diagnostics are $285 per hour, both credited against an authorized repair.


## Plan instead of react

Most fleets discover body problems when a driver reports one, which means the problem has already reached the point of being noticeable. A condition survey finds the seam that is about to leak and the corrosion that is about to perforate while both are still inexpensive.

The output is a prioritized list: what needs doing now, what can wait a quarter, and what to watch. That turns body maintenance into a budget line rather than a series of surprises.

## Questions

**How many vehicles can you inspect in a visit?**

All inspection work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility, so it depends on how many units you can bring and when. We will schedule a batch so it is not disruptive.

**What does the report look like?**

Per-unit findings with photographs, a priority rating, and indicative cost ranges, plus a fleet-level summary suitable for a budget conversation.

**How often should we do this?**

Annually is a reasonable cadence for most fleets, or ahead of a budgeting cycle so the numbers land where they are useful.
