On a working fleet the wrap is both advertising and a protective layer over the paint underneath. A fleet vehicle is a billboard that drives past the same neighborhoods every day. Graphics that are peeling, faded, or left over from a previous operator undo the impression the vehicle would otherwise make, and on a leased unit unremoved branding can trigger a chargeback at turn-in. We handle the full cycle: design layout, print, install, and later removal without damaging the finish underneath. Removal is the part most shops do badly, and a wrap pulled hot and fast takes clear coat with it. Wrap also functions as paint protection. Roof and hood graphics typically fade first. Quality of the initial surface preparation is the largest single factor in how long a wrap stays adhered. **Will removing a wrap damage the paint?** Not when it is removed correctly, with controlled heat and the right angle, and the adhesive residue taken off with the proper solvent. Damage happens when a wrap is pulled cold and fast or when it is left on years past its service life so the vinyl has become brittle. **Can you wrap over a repair?** Yes, provided the repair is finished and cured. Vinyl needs a smooth continuous surface, so any body work has to be complete and the paint cured before wrapping, which is usually thirty days. **Do you handle DOT reflective tape requirements?** Yes.
